malaysia boleh嗎?

剛安裝10多天的tm streamyx就出現問題了...之前是不能log in,tm給的理由是server 有點問題,但這一回的問題是modem壞了,真的很gai.call 了幾次給tm,每一次都在浪費我的時間,不是叫我這樣就叫我做那樣,結果都不一樣,不能log in.
總共做了4次的報告,今早終於派技術人員來.一來到就巴巴擺擺,又講這不是他的工作範圍.因為streamyx是給人承包的,還叫我一定要叫那個替我安裝的人來換.
真的是夠力,我給的錢不能用嗎?你們tm的project給誰承包是你們tm的事,但技術上的問題,你們tm還是要給我解決的.我每月給的rm77不是錢嗎?
最後,他還是替我檢查並說會給我換一台modem.原因是,我家隔壁住的女士是他們tm的主管,那個技術人員也沒辦法的給我換....嘻嘻
也許,這就是malaysia boleh的定義,要通過高層的管道,萬事都會順順利利

hahaha. Actually its not that hard. If you make a report, a right report everyting will be very easy. Once the report is lodge, withink 24 hours there definately will have technical to check. NO need special authority or anything. Once the report is lodge, technical will check the line at TM Exchange first, if ok, they will proceed to check the DP outside your house. If Ok, it basically means it not TM problem because the line in charge by TM is no problem. You can blame them also. They did receive a lot a lot of complaints and they went up customer house to check. Guess what?! In the end, turn up is customer own problem! So??? Who to blame?

In fact, TM is improving their services a lot recently. If you call 1300- now they even hv person in charge to call you back to check whether your problems still cannot solve.

However, higher authority still very powerful in Malaysia or anywhere in the world!
